What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking to scale our courses over the next few months so you’ll be key in helping us level up our systems and increase our reach across all our platforms to grow the brand.
You’ll be helping out with a whole range of stuff but it’ll mainly revolve around four main areas:
🛠️ Technical Proficiency – Show off your organisational skills and technical know-how in key platforms like Zapier, HubSpot and Google Sheets. You’ll manage and optimise these tools to support our operational needs and boost overall efficiency as well as be able to pick up and use new software as and when required.
📊 Data Management and Analysis – Use Google Sheets to effectively manipulate and present data collected during product delivery. Analyse data to draw meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to the Head of Product. Your ability to understand and interpret data will help us make informed decisions.
🚀 Operational Efficiency – Help the Head of Product with the smooth operation of courses and the community. This includes logistical support for event management, tech support (e.g. building systems in Google Sheets), and administrative tasks such as sending invoices and processing payments. You’ll handle a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
🎓 Customer Support Excellence – Maintain our high standards of customer support by managing the email inbox, answering student questions, and resolving issues. Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- You’d (ideally) have at least 1 year of experience in an operations or data role, preferably in a fast-paced, remote environment. This experience is invaluable as it means you’ve dealt with the complexities of operational management and can hit the ground running. We’re looking for someone who’s capable (and comfortable) working autonomously and taking responsibility for their roles and responsibilities as part of our small team.
- You’re an expert using Google Sheets (and/or Excel) to a high standard. This includes the ability to create pivot tables, generate reports, and most importantly, draw meaningful insights from the data to inform our decisions. We’re looking for someone with experience and technical expertise to be able to effectively manage, assess and analyse data autonomously.
- You’ve got experience using associated operations based-platforms like Hubspot and Zapier. You need to have strong technical capabilities to be able to manage and optimise these tools to enhance our operational efficiency.
- You’re highly organised – punctual with attending meetings, taking meeting notes, completing tasks in time and keeping us updated with their progress.
- You’re a project management pro, capable of keeping multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat. Managing events, content schedules, and community metrics simultaneously comes naturally and you rarely need additional support.
- You’re focussed on providing value to our community and you’ve got exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and you genuinely enjoy speaking with people and helping them grow. You’re responsive, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy and supported.
- You’re excited by the idea of joining a small team and developing Ali’s brand over the next 1-3 years – we want someone who’s excited about contributing and growing our products into world-leading offerings, not just tagging along for the ride.
- You’re able to thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced and flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. This isn’t a position for someone who isn’t comfortable with change or taking responsibility for their own work.
- You’re able to have fun. You’ll be part of a team making videos and courses on the internet to help people. If you can’t have fun then this role’s probably not for you 😜
